Superbill & Insurance Policy
At Crisis to Comfort, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to all of our clients. Please note the following regarding insurance and payment:
1. Insurance Policy
Crisis to Comfort does not currently accept insurance for payment of services. Our services are billed directly to the client, and payment is due at the time of booking.
However, we understand that many individuals may have out-of-network benefits, and we are happy to assist you with receiving reimbursement from your insurance provider.
2. Superbill for Out-of-Network Claims
For clients with out-of-network insurance coverage, we provide a Superbill—a detailed receipt that includes all the necessary information to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The Superbill includes the following:
- Client name
- Date of service
- Service(s) rendered
- Amount charged
- Provider information
- Diagnosis and procedure codes (if applicable)
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to verify the specifics of your out-of-network benefits, including whether they will reimburse for services rendered by Crisis to Comfort.
3. Out-of-Pocket Payment
Payment for services is required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including Paypal and Credit Cards. Contact us if you need to make special arrangements for payment. We are here to help. Once payment is made, we will provide you with the Superbill to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
